Welcome to my private event dinner series, partnering with ROOT NS.
This is a personal endeavor, away from my time at Settler Restaurant, that I hope to have served you at here in Salem. As my role at Settler is mostly based in the Front of the House, pairing wines and creating experiences, it has drawn me away from my first passion. Cooking and preparing wonderful dinners for my friends to enjoy.
In previous lives, I have worked under some of the finest chefs in the country and beyond. My work has carried me from my hometown area of Boston and Cambridge, to the San Francisco Bay Area, and abroad in Europe, mainly France & Italy.
Some of the more prestigious restaurants I have had the pleasure of working in include: Craigie on Main in Cambridge, The Table at Season to Taste under Chef Carl Dooley, Petit Crenn & Atelier Crenn under 3-Michelin Starred Chef Dominque Crenn, in Paris at 1-Michelin L’agape au Wagram Square, and in Orvieto, Italy at Il Zeppelino under Chef Lorenzo Polegri.
My hope is to share the diverse experiences in my travels and communicate them through food and beverage. Having completed my Sommelier Training at the beginning of 2024, as well as pursuing further education, and with over 15 years of professional experience, my goal is to provide a place for friends old and new to break bread and enjoy a unique dining experience!
